1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 777haha Casino ("777haha", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 777haha platform, website, mobile interface, and all related gaming services accessible at 777haha.app.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 777haha services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777haha account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 777haha immediately at the contact details provided in Section 14 if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 777haha will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

777haha accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels. Accepted methods for Philippine players include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the 777haha cashier interface and may be updated from time to time.

All funds deposited into a 777haha account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 777haha will not process withdrawals to a payment method or account that differs from the one used to make deposits without completing additional verification procedures.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

777haha offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback programs, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General conditions applicable to all 777haha bonuses include the following:

• Each bonus offer is valid for one use per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Where game results are void, any wagers placed for that round will be returned to the player's account balance. 777haha's decision regarding the outcome of disputed game rounds is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777haha platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Registering an account or accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of this Agreement.

• Using the 777haha platform to launder money or conduct any transaction connected with illegal activity under Philippine law.
• Opening or operating multiple 777haha accounts, or creating an account on behalf of another individual.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the 777haha platform or its underlying software.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

777haha reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of this Agreement, applicable law, or regulatory requirement. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 777haha may temporarily withhold access to account balances until the investigation is resolved.

Players who wish to close their 777haha account voluntarily may do so by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with normal procedures, subject to identity verification and compliance checks. Remaining account balances in excess of the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777haha, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 777haha platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

11. Responsible Gaming

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
